In March 2017, Nikki qualified for her master craftsmanship in dog grooming (M.C.G). She also holds a level 3 higher learning certificate and an animal first aid certification.

Nikki is passionate about dogs. She lived with dogs all her life and is a very experienced handler.

From the age of 3 Nikki has had a close connection to dogs, especially terriers. Nikki was bought up with Westie's and bred litters within the family home at a very young age and her best friend dice her Staffordshire ball terrier who left paw prints on her heart forever.

Nikki now owns a Labrador called Luna, dotty the jack Russell cross parson, and lastly Boris the Lakeland!

Nikki shows her Lakeland to champion level and qualified Boris for Crufts 2016. She also shows a westie called Megan which she handles for a friend and came 5th this year in a very large class at Crufts 2016.

Nikki attends as many grooming competitions as she can.

She belongs to the midland Lakeland terrier club which supports this

venerable breed and attends huge events at the discover dog stand with

her dog Boris yearly to give information to the public about the breed.

Nikki is very passionate about her job "it's not a job, it's my life".
